Dr John Barratt-Peacock home educated his five children since the 1970s and all went on to university. John published several home education magazines over the years and also wrote the first Australian PhD on home education The Why and How of Australian Home Education.
Susan Wight is an active home educator, the coordinator of the Victorian Home Education Network and editor of Otherways magazine. Susan has home educated toddlers to teenagers.
