HEA Member Privacy Policy

Requests will be responded to within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 30 days.
Child Safety and Sensitive Information
HEA respects the privacy of children and families. Where information relates to children, we apply additional safeguards in line with the National Principles for Child Safe Organisations. Sensitive information (e.g., health, cultural background) is only collected with consent and used appropriately.
Retention and Disposal
Personal information is retained only as long as necessary for HEA’s operations or legal compliance. When no longer required, data is securely deleted or anonymised.
