HEA Members can order photo student ID cards as part of their membership - Free!
These are not official public transportation cards, but a basic photo card identifying the student as a member of the Home Education Association. In addition to the student's photo, the card has their member number, expiry date and date of birth.
You will need to upload in separate jpegs the following for each child, including a signed Statutory Declaration
1. Photo (jpeg, high resolution): recent photograph similar looking to a Passport style - light, solid background - please don't send a photo of a photo
2. Copy of student's birth certificate (pdf or jpeg) or photocopy of passport page
3. Signed Statutory Declaration (pdf or jpeg) that has NOT BEEN signed by a family member.

3. Signed Statutory Declaration (pdf or jpeg). Please note: the authorised person witnessing the signing CANNOT be related to declarant nor the child.After you proceed through the Checkout, you will receive a link to upload all of your documents.
The Team will then process your card(s) shortly and post them to you.
